Shipping & Delivery Times
Below are the shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times for orders placed on our website.
Standard Shipping – Italy
Cost: €6.90
Delivery time: 1–3 business days from shipment.
Shipping – Europe (Euro Zone)
Cost: €12.90
Delivery time: 2–4 business days from shipment.
Available for countries within the European Union (check the list of supported destinations at checkout).
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over €149.90.
General Shipping Notes
Delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on holidays or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (adverse weather conditions, courier strikes, peak periods, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on your shipment status.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel until delivery.
Returns
We want your shopping experience with HERC to be simple and transparent. Please read our return policy carefully.
Right of Withdrawal & Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After this period, returns or refunds can no longer be processed.
Product Conditions
Items must be returned:
- Unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from signs of wear, stains, or damage
- With all original tags and accessories (bags, labels, spare buttons, etc.)
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, worn, altered, or customized, unless defective upon arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective or incorrect item caused by us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HERC is not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service at support@hercwear.eu, including your order number and reason for return.
You will receive confirmation with instructions on how to package the item and the return address.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation (or email) inside the parcel to speed up processing.
Inspection & Approval
Once the return is received, we will inspect the item to verify its condition and compliance with the return requirements.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days, depending on banking or payment provider processing times.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, HERC reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or technically impossible.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items caused by HERC.
