RETURNS & SHIPPING
Shipping and Delivery Times
Below are the shipping methods and costs for orders placed on our website, along with estimated delivery times:
Shipping to Italy (Standard)
- Cost: €6.90
- Delivery times: 1-3 business days from shipping.
- Free shipping for orders over €149.90
Shipping to Europe (Eurozone)
- Cost: €12.90
- Delivery times: 2-4 business days from shipment.
- Available for countries within the European Union (check the list of supported destinations during checkout).
- Free shipping for orders over €139
Returns
We want your shopping experience with HERC to be satisfying and transparent. This is why we have established a clear refund policy, which we invite you to read carefully.
Right of withdrawal and timings
- You can request a product return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- After this period, it will no longer be possible to initiate the return or refund procedure.
Product Condition
- The item must be returned intact, unwashed, unworn (except for trying on) and free of signs of wear or stains.
- All original labels and any accessories (pouches, tags, spare buttons, etc.) must be present.
- Returns of damaged, worn, personalized or modified products will not be accepted, unless they are found to be defective at source.
Return shipping costs
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective/incorrect product due to our fault.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HERC assumes no responsibility if the package is lost or damaged during return transit.
Return procedure
- To start the return procedure, please contact our Customer Service via email (at support@hercwear.eu) indicating the order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive a confirmation with instructions on how to pack the product and the address to which to send it.
- Please make sure to include a document (or a copy of the email) that identifies your order inside the package, in order to speed up the verification process.
Verification and Acceptance
- Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product to verify its integrity and compliance with the return requirements.
- If successful, we will proceed with the refund within 7-10 business days (depending on bank processing times or the payment method used).
- If the product is damaged, worn, or otherwise does not comply with the return conditions stated above, HERC reserves the right to refuse the return or authorize a partial refund.
Refund method
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase (unless otherwise specified or due to technical impossibility).
- Initial shipping costs (order delivery cost) are not refunded, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error attributable to HERC.

General Notes on Shipping
- The indicated times refer to working days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.
- If an order is placed on a public holiday or after closing hours, it will be processed on the next available working day.
- Delays beyond our control may occur (adverse weather conditions, courier strikes, special holidays, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to follow your package until delivery.
